Brian Hackney, a.k.a. “Bear”, started cooking barbecue with his dad when he was in his teens. After many years of cooking for friends and family, he decided to bring his passion to the masses. As the owner/operator of BBS, he ensures every order is cooked to his specifications, which were developed from over 30 years of experience. With his proven record of catering for weddings, family reunions, dinner parties and more, you can feel confident in leaving the menu to the master.
